Careers
We are a small, AI-augmented team. Our systems handle the routine so people can focus on judgement: land, families, design, quality. We look for people who like clear data, own their decisions and care about the families we build for.
Open roles
Who we are and how we work
RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd is a housing developer (pemaju perumahan) in Klang, planning landed homes in Selangor. Our buyers are mostly civil servants financing through LPPSA, and first-home buyers using bank loans. We also work with landowners who want to develop idle or inherited land through a joint venture (JV).
Three values guide the work. Certainty: financing, cost, schedule and quality people can rely on. Transparency: progress that can be seen, reported honestly. People decide: data informs; people take responsibility.
Our office is at No. 36, Tingkat 1, Jalan Raya Barat, Kawasan 6, 41000 Klang, Selangor, and our projects will be in Selangor.
How the team works with AI
At RumahHQ, AI is a working tool, like a spreadsheet or a phone. It takes the repetitive part of a task so you can spend your time on the part that needs a person. You stay responsible for the result.
| Task | What AI helps with | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer questions | Aiman, our AI assistant on WhatsApp, answers common questions and collects details. | Handle cases that need judgement, and speak to the buyer when they want a person. |
| Reports and summaries | Prepares a first draft from the data. | Check every figure, correct it and decide what goes out. |
| Site progress | Organises photos and schedule updates. | Inspect the work and approve what is published. |
| Documents | Flags missing items in a file. | Follow up with people and make the call when something is unclear. |
Example: a morning for a customer care executive
Nadia (a hypothetical team member) starts the day with a list that the system has already sorted: three defect reports logged through Aiman, our AI assistant, since the previous day, each with photos, and one buyer asking to speak to a person.
She calls the buyer first. Then she reviews the defect reports, confirms which are genuine defects, and assigns them to the site team with a target date under the service level.
The system drafts the update messages. Nadia reads each one, fixes the wording for one worried buyer, and sends them. The routine took minutes; her time went to the conversations.
What we look for
Care for the people we build for
Our buyers are families, many buying their first home. Landowners often trust us with land that has been in the family for generations.
Ownership
You take a decision, explain it, and stand by it. When something goes wrong, you say so early.
Comfort with data
You like clear numbers, check your sources and are curious about how a tool can save time.
Plain communication
You can explain a technical point, such as an approval stage or a financing step, in simple Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Honesty
You never promise a buyer or a landowner something the company has not committed to.
