When to expect a reply
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us. Aiman, our AI assistant, can answer common questions straight away.
Questions that need a person are handled by the team during our office hours. A message sent outside those hours is picked up when the team is back.
Some questions take longer because we need to check documents, for example a land title or a financing file. We will tell you if that is the case.

What to prepare before contacting us
You do not need everything below to start a conversation. Having it ready simply makes the first reply more useful.
If you are a buyer
- Whether you plan to use LPPSA or a bank loan. For LPPSA, your service scheme and grade as a civil servant.
- An idea of your monthly income and your current monthly commitments, such as car or personal loans.
- The area in Selangor you prefer and the type of home you need (for example, the number of rooms).
- The name of the project, if you are asking about a specific one.
If you are a landowner
- The location of the land: district, mukim (sub-district) and lot number if you know it.
- A copy of the title, or at least its type and the size of the land.
- Who owns the land: you alone, several co-owners, or heirs of an estate that has not been distributed. If the owner has died, whether anyone holds letters of administration (surat kuasa mentadbir, the document that authorises a person to manage the property of the deceased).
- Photos of the land and the access road, if you have them.
Example: a landowner with inherited land
Puan Salmah and her four siblings inherited a plot in Kuala Langat. She is not sure whether it can be developed, and the estate has not yet been distributed among the heirs.
She sends a WhatsApp message to Aiman, our AI assistant, with the district, the lot number from an old quit rent receipt, and a photo of the land. Aiman asks a few questions about the owners and passes the enquiry to the land team.
A member of the land team calls her, explains which documents the heirs will need, and points her to our guide on inherited land. Later she visits the office with her brother to go through the documents together.

Common mistakes
- Asking for a price before a project launches
- Before launch there is only Daftar Minat. Prices are published only when a project launches.
- Sending the same question on every channel
- It creates duplicate records and can slow the reply. Choose one channel and we will pick it up.
- Leaving out the topic or project name
- A one-line summary of what you need gets your message to the right person faster.
- Sharing personal documents in public
- Never post an identity card or a title in a comment. Send documents only when asked, privately.

No. Aiman is our AI agent on WhatsApp. It answers common questions and connects you with a person in the team whenever you ask or when your question needs one.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
You are welcome during office hours, but we recommend messaging us first so the right person is available to meet you.
I am a landowner. Which channel should I use?
Start on WhatsApp with Aiman, our AI assistant, or use the landowner form. Both reach the land team. Have the location and title details ready if you can.
How is my information used?
Only to answer your enquiry, as described in our privacy notice. Every form asks for your consent before sending.

Can Aiman tell me the price of a home?
Prices are shown only for a project that has launched, on that project's page. For a project that has not launched, you can register interest through Daftar Minat, which is free and non-binding.
I want to build a house on my own land. Is this the right place?
This site is for RumahHQ's housing projects and land joint ventures. Building a house on your own land is handled through rumahhq.com.
