Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-24

This page lists the cookies and browser storage this website uses. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only once those services are switched on. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

Status at the time you load this page

Analytics and marketing services are not switched on, so this website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. It uses only the necessary items below.

There is no cookie banner on this website. This page, and your browser settings, are how you control cookies here.

2. Cookies, session storage and local storage explained

Websites can keep small pieces of information in your browser. They do this in a few different ways:

Definitions based on MDN Web Docs and Google Analytics Help.
KindWhat it isHow long it lasts
CookieA small piece of data a website sends to your browser. The browser stores it and sends it back to the same website with later requests, so the site can remember something between pages.Until it expires, or until you delete it
Session cookieA cookie with no expiry date. It is deleted when the browser session ends (some browsers restore sessions, which can keep it longer).Until the browser session ends
Persistent cookieA cookie with an expiry date or maximum age.Until that date
First-party cookieSet for the website you are visiting. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies. As set
Third-party cookieSet by content from another site embedded in the page, and sent with cross-site requests. Many browsers now block these by default. As set
Session storageBrowser storage for one tab. It survives reloads, but closing the tab or window clears it. It is not sent to any server by itself.Until you close the tab
Local storageBrowser storage that stays after the browser closes. This website does not use it.Not used here

3. How we use each category

3.1 Necessary

Session storage keeps the campaign you came from so it can be attached to a form you send, and passes your first name to the thank-you page and calculator ranges to the Register Interest form without putting them in the web address. It lives only in your tab and clears when you close it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a spam program.

3.2 Analytics

When switched on, Google Analytics counts visits and how pages are used, so we can improve the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies: _ga distinguishes users and _ga_* keeps session state, each for 2 years by default.

3.3 Marketing

When switched on, the Meta Pixel measures whether our adverts on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and enquiries. For a form, it records only that a form was sent, never your answers.

How we handle the personal data you send in forms is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Stop Google Analytics only

Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on prevents your data from being used by Google Analytics on any website. It is available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Because Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, blocking only third-party cookies does not stop it.

5. What stops working if you block or delete them

You can always reach us on WhatsApp instead of a form.
If you blockWhat happens on this website
Session storage (all of it)Forms still work. Your campaign source is not attached to your form, the thank-you page does not greet you by name, and calculator ranges are not carried into the Register Interest form, so you fill them in yourself.
Cloudflare TurnstileWhere the spam check is switched on, a form may not pass it. You will be offered WhatsApp instead.
Analytics cookiesNothing changes for you. We simply cannot count your visit.
Marketing cookiesNothing changes for you. We cannot measure whether an advert brought you here.
All cookies in your browserThis website still works as above, but other websites may sign you out, forget your preferences or not work properly.

Example: using the calculator in a private window

Puan Aisyah uses the eligibility calculator in her phone's private browsing mode, where her browser blocks storage. She taps the button to ask for help and lands on the Register Interest form, but her income and commitment ranges are not filled in for her. She picks them herself and sends the form normally. Nothing else is affected.

6. Changes to this policy

When we add or remove a cookie or storage item, we update the table above and the date at the top of this page.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no cookie banner?

The only items this website needs are session storage that clears when you close the tab, and the anti-spam check on forms. Analytics and marketing cookies are listed here and can be blocked or deleted in your browser at any time.

Will the website break if I block cookies?

No. Forms and pages still work. Some conveniences stop, as the table above shows.

Do you store my form answers in cookies?

No. Your answers go straight to our server when you send the form. Only your first name is kept briefly in session storage to greet you on the thank-you page.

Can I stop Google Analytics without blocking everything?

Yes. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
