How to check any housing developer
The same three registries work for any developer in Peninsular Malaysia, before you pay or sign anything.

- The same WhatsApp number also serves enquiries from our group's site rumahhq.com. Say what you want — a RumahHQ home, a land JV, or building on your own land — and the enquiry is routed to the right team.
- There is no public office phone line yet; reach us on WhatsApp or by email at hello@rumahhq.com.my, or visit by appointment. Office hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
Questions about checking us
Why is there no office phone number?
We have not set up a public office line yet. WhatsApp and email reach the same team, and every message is answered by Aiman or a person during office hours.
When will the developer licence appear here?
Not yet obtained. A licence and advertising & sales permit (APDL) are obtained for each project before any sale opens. When it is issued, the licence number and its validity will be shown here and on every launched project page, and you can verify it on KPKT's TEDUH portal.
Are rumahhq.com and this website the same company?
No. This website is operated by RumahHQ Development Sdn Bhd. rumahhq.com is operated by a different company in the same group, for building on your own land, and it publishes its own company information.
How current is this page?
Every fact on this page is drawn from one internal source of company facts, updated whenever a registration or status changes. The registry always prevails if anything differs.
